Welcome newbies!
News travels quick in a city of 16,000. Our friend Jan, a sports volunteer from Norway, has informed us that there are two new World Teach volunteers staying near the Teacher Resource Center (TRC) in Kronlein (a suburb of Keetmans, we live in the Tseiblaagte suburb). We know that a total of 3 World Teach volunteers arrived, 2 Americans and 1 Canadian. One of them, we don't know which, is staying 20km out of town. We walked over to the TRC after work today and asked around in the community, but no one knew them. We're going to head over there again before lunch tomorrow and try to catch them at the TRC.
Also, a Finnish woman moved into the Youth Center today. She seems nice and says she'll be here for the next month, cool. That brings the total foreign, not including South African, volunteers that we know of in Keetmans to:
