Bagels

Peter Reinhart's Bagels from "The Bread Baker's Apprentice". Served with onion and chive cream cheese.

We're having Dagmar and Zdenka over for vegetarian mexican fajitas (with fake meat), refried beans and mexican rice tonight. Also Julie brought us a bottle of tequila, so margaritas!

Note: The above book is in one of my boxes in the garage. If someone wanted to copy a few recipes out of it and send them that would be pretty great.

Those bagels look divine! I can't believe you guys made those, Rashidos! You're too awesome...

And I also can't believe you go anywhere (for long extended times) without Peter Reinhart's book... shame on you!
